It's been almost 2 years since we shifted to our online platforms to keep inspiring and helping others. By Skype & Zoom we can connect and impart content and encouragement to current and new students. We have students learning via virtual means only and some are doing hybrid learning.
How can we learn these new techniques or remember old ones?
I would like to introduce you to a new program in its developing stages: Holistic Dance Therapy.
Marsha has included different modules in which she presents interesting and active ways to reboot and recharge yourself. How this happens is through guided practice. The practice is composed of meditation, breathing, and "Grounding" techniques. She uses movement and dance to condition & strengthen the body. All of these techniques are to provide a mental and physical health enhancement to each individual who participates. These are what she calls 30 minutes "Sprints." Recharge, reboot, stay inspired, or get inspired!
The goal is to "Find freedom in YOUR movement!"

Monthly Memberships! Get monthly membership for dance content at your leisure! This will be a great resource as you will continue your private lessons and group sessions. If you cannot take private lessons then this is a great way to get content to work on meanwhile. For more details email us at [email protected]
In Person private Lessons are available with guidelines. Saturdays in Alexandria, VA (limited spaces)

*Wednesdays: Holistic Dance Therapy 7PM-7:30PM 1st class is complimentary $10 per session
